Icky Mandy

Forgive the craptastic drawing and just pretend that we don't care.
Her design has changed a bit - mostly her face/hair/that stuff, so this isn't perfect, but at least it's up. >.<

In the meantime I'm going to introduce this chick.

This is Mandy, Caspar's best friend from the FUTURE - I mean, Caspar's present day. 35ish years after the main story.
Yep, she's someone special. Amanda here is actually the daughter of Vatican and Rina. <3

Unlike Vatican, she was actually born mute, so she usually has a live flower necklace that she uses to talk. Yes, she can make flowers talk for her. She can pretty much make them do anything. I was a stupid and forgot that a parent's final should have little to no impact on what a child's final would be - if they had one - and so Mandy's final is an interesting twist between Vati and Rina's. She can control pretty much any nearby plant and basically bend it to her will. Generally, the larger the plant, and the more she's controlling, the slower/harder it is for her to manipulate them; she can only have a couple under her power at a time before it's virtually pointless.

Anyway, Mandy is very technically minded. Both she and Caspar share a fascination with the Hbots and the older Model H's, and together, they actually collect them and fix/refurbish them. Generally Mandy's the one doing all the mechanical work while Caspar works with the programming of the bots. Both of them are proficient at both tasks, but better at the one they usually do.
I mentioned this in PA's description, but Vatican is the one who tracks him down and gives him to Mandy and Caspar. Arguably it's Mandy's/their birthday present, (I think they probably have birthdays really close to each other), but they're what, 17? They can share. PA was damn expensive all those years ago.
